Teneshia Warner is the Founder and CEO of The EGAMI Group — a multi-million-dollar marketing firm that serves some of today’s biggest and most successful companies. Although she’s on top of the world now, it took a lot of work and a lot of stretching to get there. Teneshia documents this in her new book, The Big Stretch, where she shares the secrets of her own success and her other Dreamers doing big things. Teneshia talks about how her parents’ “no calling to complain on a Sunday” rule became a driving factor in a big “aha” where she saw that she was designing a life to avoid what she didn’t want rather than to be totally purpose-driven. She made up her mind to redesign a life where she allowed purpose and passion to sit in the driver’s seat of her decisions. She talks with us about how to not let fear serve as a stop sign, where dreamers tend to go wrong when stretching, and how to choose a great Dream Champion friend to cheer you along. Warning — this episode may cause you to uplevel your life big time!
