In fact, leadership is an action that requires a lot of listening and doing tough inner work. We talk about the upside of being a good leader and how it impacts the whole organization, how a great leader knows when to listen and let others lead, and a few of the signs that leadership might not be for someone depending on their expectations, and their ability to surrender and communicate their vision.
