What does it mean to play checkmate with life? In this episode, Hallie and I discuss the concept of accepting what life gives you and becoming okay with everything. We dive into the concept that when you reach this state of mind, there is nothing to lose, and you become fearless because you know that whatever you need will show up. This doesn’t mean you don’t play big in life, but instead, you are part of the experience and accept the way things are.
We also explore the idea that whatever experience you’re having is meant for you to have. It’s about being okay with the way things are, not the way you want them to be. Instead of trying to manipulate the chess pieces of life, you can lay down your king and stop resisting the flow of life. Once you do that, you’re already free.
