2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. 3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Monday, January 29, 2024 at 11AM EST and ending Monday, February 25, 2024 at 11:59PM EST. All online entries must be received by February 25, 2024 11:59PM EST.
4. How to Enter: The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Adam Hergenrother Companies. You may enter only twice: once by clicking the link to The 200% Life Amazon Review page and once by clicking on the link to The 200% Life Goodreads page. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Adam Hergenrother Companies.
5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive either $1,000 cash in the form of a check OR $250 cash in the form of a check plus one 200% Life hoodie. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Adam Hergenrother Companies. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent for a non-cash prize by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Adam Hergenrother Companies to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Winner Selection and Notification: A total of eight winners will be selected at random under the supervision of Adam Hergenrother Companies: one grand prize ($1,000 cash) winner and one second prize ($250 cash and 200% Life hoodie) winner per week for four weeks from January 29, 2024 through February 26, 2024. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Adam Hergenrother Companies shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
