As Hallie and I celebrate our 10-year “work-iversary,” we have a lot to reflect on and to be grateful for. We take this week to define what a successful long-term working relationship looks like to us, to discuss what we have learned over the past 10 years, and to walk through a day in the life of Hallie! She also gives her advice to Force Multipliers everywhere when it comes to building trust with a Founder and being a part of the most important conversations in an organization. To join our 4-week live course The Founder & The Force Multiplier starting November 4, get your tickets here!
In this episode, you will learn about:
- The top things Hallie wishes she knew 10 years ago.
- Why our working relationship has lasted so well for so long and what you can take from it to your situation.
