I want to share with you a mantra I have used to help keep me centered when I’m experiencing stress or fear and that’s 3-2-1 Relax. The reason why I like this so much is that it disrupts your thinking pattern and it gets you out of fear. Fear is what ultimately makes you do irrational things and when you act out of fear, you can create a lot of unnecessary chaos and drama around you.
The best way to keep yourself centered is to remind yourself that you have no more and no less of life. You will always be okay and you don’t need the mind to trick you into thinking that disaster is around the corner. That will only spark tension and anxiety in your life. You are enough and by being centered, you will be able to make decisions from a place of calm and you will be able to guide yourself through the tough challenges you’re experiencing now. This episode shows you how to implement this practice in your own life so you can experience more calm, more clarity, more joy and ultimately, more freedom.
