#038 – Here’s How to Have Unlimited & Unstoppable Energy

Sometimes my team looks at me like I’m a little crazy when I tell them I’m going to hike up and  then ski down a mountain after work on a Thursday (until recently, there was a little snow left here in Vermont, so hell yeah, I’m going to ski it while I can!). The first question is generally “Why?” and then that’s quickly followed by questions like “What do you eat?,” “What supplements do you take?”, and “What exactly is your morning routine?” They want to know where all this energy is coming from and how they can harness it for themselves.!

Many coaches and trainers will tell you to exercise, eat right, get enough sleep, have a morning routine, take certain supplements, etc. And while that’s all well and good, that’s really just working on your energy at a very, very basic level. Imagine taking the energy you feel on your best day (the one where you plow through your to-do list or you get some really amazing news) and then 10X that. That’s the type of energy you’re capable of experiencing every single day. Most people have no idea it even exists, or they’ve caught glimpses of it but don’t know how to sustain it. 

So on today’s episode, I walk you through how to tap into that type of incredibly powerful energy. Yes, it starts with fueling your body and mind with the right things, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Once you know how to tap into it, what you choose to do with that energy is entirely up to you. Train for a marathon, run around with your kids, start a second business – the options are endless!

[37:40] Never close your heart. Meaning, always keep your heart open for new opportunities and feelings.
