#069 – Top Trends That Leaders Must Be Ready For

The one thing that everyone can agree on right now is that much of life as we knew it changed last year. Some of that was already in the works and was accelerated during the pandemic while some of the changes emerged as a direct result of the pandemic. Now, it’s up to us as leaders to understand the emerging trends and to use that information to adapt, pivot and get ahead of the opportunities in business. This week, Hallie and I talk about the mass acceleration of trends related to people, time, and money and how to turn the current challenges into opportunities.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  •  How to tap in to accelerated trends and use them for your benefit instead of viewing them as a challenge.
  • What industries will be blowing up in 2021, and which ones may surprisingly be taking a back seat.
  • The three “known” variables that will always be important: people, time, and money.

[24:09] The unknowns we will be facing will have to do with people, money, and time. The more we can embrace the trends around them that make our lives better, the more we will adapt and be in less resistance.

[28:23] At the end of the day, it’s about embracing the unknown with courage. We don’t know what’s going to happen, but you can control the decision you are making in the moment right now.F
