#107 – Set Yourself Up as a Leader By Cultivating Emotional Resilience

As leaders, our products are the decisions that we make that steer our organizations. So, how do you make the highest-quality decisions, day in and day out, regardless of distractions, whether from the outside world or your personal life? Cultivating emotional resilience is a huge part of the answer. This week, we talk about the benefits of emotional resilience, and how your ability to accept challenges and move forward is tied to your success as a leader. Hallie and I both share ways that we’ve built up our emotional resilience, and why you may not need to go too far out of your comfort zone to get started.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • How to cultivate emotional resilience
  • The benefits of emotional resilience
  • How to become a better leader
