- Let silence do the heavy lifting.
[23:41] It is a beautiful relationship with both parties open to having fierce conversations and seeing that there are three truths: each side and then the facts.

[33:48] Make sure you are clear so you can come in from a neutral and balanced position.
[34:07] As a leader, your words have a strong impact.

[42:36] Fierce conversations help us change our perspective, and change our intent. You have to be willing to ask a lot of questions so you can actually hear someone else’s side and understand where they are coming from.
