[2:31] Amanda knew that committing to a year of transformation would be hard but knew she was ready for a change. As a “bottom-line” type of person and a straight shooter, Amanda saw huge leaps in letting go of expectations of everything around her, including her own growth.
[4:02] The course helped Amanda learn to focus on who she wants to be, rather than focusing on events in the external world.
[6:05] We are purposeful in who we work with, and only decide to bring in people that we feel are ready to do the real work. Amanda came to us already successful in the business world but wanted some growth in the area of health and wealth. A surprise to her was how much she grew in the spiritual areas and really felt as though she had worked on herself as a whole rather than addressing fragmented parts.
[12:37] Our motto, “need nothing, enjoy everything,” is now ingrained in Amanda’s head and plays through her mind every day!
[16:02] The less we attach ourselves to specific outcomes and observe our emotions rather than get tangled in them, the more “aha moments” we tend to have.
[19:10] Jim connected with us through our coaching program and had done some self-improvement courses in the past. He was interested in wealth building, but also found the spiritual and health components super helpful. Jim also found a lot of growth in observing his ego and transitioning more from the “doing” world to just being.
[23:15] The first step to breaking down the ego is recognizing it as a separate thing and not identifying with it 100%. Also, living in the “being” world does not mean you just sit there without doing anything! It means you are more aligned and energetic and actually freed up to take massive action.
[33:41] Mie was new to the world of wealth and looking to really work on staying in a place of abundance and thriving rather than just getting by. She worked on her mindset and quadrupled her income in nine months!
[39:44] Mie also found great growth in the spiritual component of the program and now isn’t driven by thinking about money, it’s just an energetic exchange. She may be conditioned to do the hard work and have the right answer, but now she is more focused on just enjoying the journey going from point A to point B.
[47:32] Journaling can be a very powerful tool to just write out what the ego is trying to pull you towards and away from and to not feed the ego’s energy.
