This week we hear from three great Project | U alumni, Matt, Amanda, and Mie, about how this year-long transformational coaching experience helped shift their mindset and find more peace in life. Matt dives into how he finally found a morning routine that works best for him, and how his overall greater purpose has expanded. Amanda talks about letting go of the need to control and identify thoughts and feelings in a way that empowered her. And finally, Mie shares how working on her inner self changed her interpersonal dynamics and helped her “drop the rope” on negative self-talk. [1:32] Matt talks about his own experience in the first Project | U class and how although he had to walk away, it kicked off his personal growth.

[6:36] For Matt, being consistent and reliable is one of the biggest signs of his personal growth.

[38:00] Identifying thoughts and feelings was a technique that helped Mie gain self-awareness and identify her patterns.

[42:15] Getting up at 6 a.m. helped set Matt up for a better mindset and a more productive day.

[43:09] Amanda is habit-stacking and using her downtime to pour into herself and learn something new.
