- [27:52] Once people let go of their roles, the clarity that comes is stronger than anything you get or that the mind can generate.
- [31:50] At some point, everyone will be faced with the choice of switching roles or stepping out of a safe identity. This is where the deep work comes in.
- [33:07] One of the most important characteristics of a conscious leader is to be willing to be untethered from any of the roles they play, which gives them complete freedom to interact with whatever role they need to, which is just serving or contributing based on the moment in front of you.
