This week, I celebrated another trip around the sun. I’ve changed and grown a lot in my 42 years of life, and Hallie asked me to share some of the lessons I’ve learned over the years. From maintaining composure when dealing with my kid getting bullied at Lacrosse camp to debunking the societal narrative around external success, we discuss the intricacies of aging, the wisdom I’ve gained by learning how to listen to my nature, and how you can learn to listen to yours.
