FROM REALTOR.COM – Last week, I picked up a little piece of perfection – a book – The Founder & The Force Multiplier. I hear you skeptics… “perfection, really?” Yes, doubters, it’s true. As a frequent reader, I daresay I have some authority on the subject, especially when it comes to my favorite genre: business/self-help (i.e.:”Please, fix me!”) I’ll reveal more about the contents shortly, but in a nutshell, here’s what makes this book a delicacy:
- It’s 210 pages.
- The authors get to the point straight away, and they’ve limited publisher-required fluff to two or three pages.
- It has the perfect balance of story and guidebook; rarely do authors get this right. I have no patience, and this book respects that personal defect.
- The content delivers a simple (but not easy) recipe for elevating the level of impact within any organization, and for many it will require a serious mindset change. I love challenges!
